Rick Dark Cocoa
Rich dark chocolate, can cause a chocolate overload! Used it to make a triple chocolate birthday cake for a friend, has so much more of a chocolate flavor than the regular Hershey's cocoa. Mixes in well.hmburch
It Really Is Special!!!
I buy this special dark because of the intense taste. It really is noticeably better tasting than regular Hershey cocoa for baking. I also put a heaping teaspoon in my first morning cup of coffee for a nice pick me up flavor reminding me of being a kid drinking hot cocoa! Only wish it dissolved better in coffee. I warm my coffee just short of boiling after adding the cocoa to help mix it.mike
Perfect for Homemade Cakes & Frostings
My birthday was coming up and at the last minute I realized we didnt have a boxed cake mix that was safe for my middle son to eat or help bake (he has food allergies). I used this hersheys special dark cocoa in a recipe for a homemade chocolate cake that ended up being the most amazing cake I've ever baked. It's going to be my go to hersheys cocoa now. It added this intense chocolate flavor that was incredible. We filled our cake with homemade whipped cream and topped with hot fudge and cherries. My kids will normally never eat any type of dark chocolate! This week we baked yet another cake but uses the Hersheys Special Dark Cocoa to flavor and color the frosting and it was a big hit.
