I FOUND A WINNER!
This has become my favorite rice! I nver could cook rice sucessfully. It was either mush or stuck to the pan. So I turned to Minute Rice and did ok with that (pretty hard to mess that up!) Then I got an instant pot and watched a few videos on cooking "real" rice and gave it a shot. WOW! I CAN DO IT! I spray the inside of the pot wih Pam, add a cup of this yummy Jasmine rice, a cup and 1/4 of water, and a little salt, put the lid on with pressure setting on the knob, and set it for 4 minutes (yes only four minutes!!!) I let the pressure release on its own and WOW - perfect YUMMY rice! Happy me!AlpineAde

I thought I was “rice-challenged” until I found this. Seriously, turns out perfectly every time. If you like your rice fluffier, simply rinse the rice before cooking.Susan
