Great product, high quality, and trustworthy brand (NOW). While NOW is my preferred brand for some supplements, I actually prefer a different one for Rhodiola due to the dosing which works best for me. I can still achieve 3x daily via this brand- I simply split the second capsule. It certainly helps exactly as labeled; its best taken on an empty stomach, in my opinion.Zachary
